Knowmark Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
Knowmark is a private tool used only by the owner of the YouTube channel Knowmark (@KnowmarkTV). It runs on the owner's own server and publishes the channel's own videos. It is not offered to other users.
YouTube API Services
Knowmark uses YouTube API Services. By using Knowmark you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What data the app uses
The app signs in with the channel owner's Google account and uses:
- YouTube Data API: to upload the channel's videos and to set their titles, descriptions and thumbnails.
- Google Drive API: to copy finished videos to the owner's Drive folder "Knowmark" and to receive files the owner puts there.
How data is stored
Access tokens are stored only on the owner's server, in a folder that only the owner can read. Video files stay on the server and in the owner's Google Drive. No data is sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.
Use of Google user data
Knowmark's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
How to revoke access
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that the app deletes its stored tokens.
Data deletion
Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Stored access tokens are deleted as soon as access is revoked. You can also ask for deletion of all stored data by writing to knowmarktv@gmail.com; all data is deleted within 7 days.
